Zhao Schneider ® The doctoral measurement technology has developed the View series of 2D image processing coordinate measuring instruments.
According to the model structure, the View series models can be classified as follows: cantilever, fixed gantry, and mobile gantry.
The Quick View series and Easy View series belong to cantilever measuring instruments. This type of measuring instrument moves the measuring platform in the XY plane, but due to its structure, the measurement range is relatively small.
The Port View series of fixed gantry models allows the measuring platform to move only in the Y-axis direction, while the X-axis direction is completed by moving on the fixed gantry. Due to the independent movement of the X-axis and Y-axis directions, high-precision measurements are ensured over a large measurement range.
The Motion View series of mobile gantry models cannot move the measuring platform, and both the X and Y axis directions are completed by the mobile gantry. When using a mobile gantry model to measure the measuring piece, the measuring platform remains stationary and the measuring piece does not need to be fixed. Therefore, this type of model is suitable for measuring high-quality components. Due to the structure of the fixed measuring platform and mobile gantry, the Motion View series has a smaller volume compared to other models with the same measurement range. Therefore, the Motion View series models are suitable for customers with larger measuring parts but limited instrument size requirements.
Zhao Schneider ® The View series models produced by Dr. Measurement Technology use high-precision telephoto flat field lenses and high-quality telephoto flat field LED transmission light sources. The high-resolution black and white surface sensing CCD camera provides high-definition contour images of the workpiece. The surface sensing function of CCD ensures consistent measurement accuracy of the instrument on the entire plane, and the LED ring surface light is controlled by the measurement software partition, which can be applied to various material surfaces.
Zhao Schneider ® The standard configuration of the Doctor's Measurement Technology View series models includes not only a transmission light source and a surface light source for the measuring platform, data processing and/or CNC control computer, high-precision digital display system, and Zhao Schneider ® The PhD in Measurement Technology specializes in image processing and measurement software TOPAS MULTI SOFT, which is equipped with 1-5x manual zoom lenses. Therefore, all standard View series models are a complete 2D image processing coordinate measuring instrument, which can start measuring as long as it is installed in place.
